Terms of service.

The agreement between Noura and everyone who accesses the platform — visitors, subscribers, and clients on engagement.

Last updated · 12 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Noura platform at nourahub.com and any workspace we grant you under it (“the Service”).

By requesting access, signing in, or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. How access is granted

Noura is invite-only. Access is issued at the sole discretion of the desk after review of the access request. We may decline, pause, or revoke access at any time, especially where use appears inconsistent with these Terms or with the professional purpose the Service is built for.

Access is personal to the individual it is granted to. Sharing a login with someone who has not been granted access is a material breach.

3. What Noura provides

Executive Intelligence: verified market signals published on the schedule described on the site. Availability is on a reasonable-effort basis; no guaranteed uptime is offered while the Service remains invite-only.

Ask Noura: an AI assistant answering questions from Noura's verified corpus. Answers are informational, not advice.

Feasibility Studies: bespoke intelligence engagements delivered under a separately confirmed scope. Where any conflict arises between a signed engagement letter and these Terms, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.

Regulatory Alerts: duty-of-care notifications sent to clients whose interests match a detected regulatory change. Alerts are informational and do not substitute for legal or compliance advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute Noura content, republish it under your name or your firm's name, or pass it off as another party's original research.

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service, or to reverse-engineer the platform's internal ranking, prompts, or corpus.

You agree not to submit content into Ask Noura or any input field that contains personal health information, third-party confidential material you are not authorised to share, or anything unlawful.

Noura may suspend access without notice where continued access poses a risk to the platform, other clients, or a regulator.

5. Intellectual property

Noura and its licensors own the platform, the corpus, the editorial line, and any deliverables produced for a specific client. Access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business decisions.

For a feasibility engagement, the client receives usage rights to the delivered study for its intended decision; Noura retains ownership of the underlying methodology and corpus.

6. Fees

During Noura's current invite-only phase, most tiers are provided at no fee. Fees for paid engagements are stated in the applicable engagement letter or subscription order. We may introduce standard subscription fees at any time on reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer

Noura provides intelligence, not investment, medical, legal, or tax advice. Decisions taken on the basis of anything published on the Service, in Ask Noura, or in a feasibility study are the sole responsibility of the reader.

The Service and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noura excludes all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the Service.

Where a limitation is not permitted by applicable law, Noura's aggregate liability is capped at the fees actually paid to Noura by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. On termination, your workspace access is revoked; historical audit records and deliverables Noura is contractually required to retain remain in place.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, unless a mandatory rule of another jurisdiction applies.
