About Noura

We built the decision engine we wished existed for Saudi healthcare.

Investors, operators, and policymakers in the Kingdom’s health sector move on decisions that shape lives — but they do it with fragmented, unverified, often outdated information. Noura is the common language we bring to that room: verified signal, analyst judgment, and the primary record — every day, in Arabic and English.

Our Principles

Four commitments that govern what we publish.

Detection, not prediction.

We surface what has already started — regulatory shifts, capital movements, structural change — and hand you the evidence. We do not forecast the future.

Every figure is stamped.

No naked numbers. Every statistic on the platform carries its source, method, and vintage. If it can't be traced, we don't publish it.

Two eyes before publishing.

Every intelligence report passes through at least two senior editorial reviews. Analytical soundness is a non-negotiable.

Arabic-native, first.

Saudi healthcare regulation is written in Arabic. We read the primary Arabic documents directly — no translation loss, no summarization gap.

Our Knowledge Base

Primary documents, not scraped summaries.

Every claim on Noura traces back to a regulator’s own document — laws, executive regulations, circulars, clinical policies, coding standards and fee schedules. Bulk-collected from official Saudi sources, structured for interpretation.
